SMAW
Alloy C-276 Welding Electrode
AWS ENiCrMo-4
The ENiCrMo-4 alloy contains nickel, molybdenum and chromium, with tungsten added. For welding materials of similar composition, can be used for dissimilar welding between nickel-based alloys and stainless steel, as well as surfacing and surfacing. Due to its high molybdenum content, the alloy exhibits high resistance to stress cracking, pitting and crevices. The ENiCrMo-4 electrode for metal covering and cladding was created for the excellent ability of a piece of equipment to remain in all positions, especially for misplacement welding, being malleable, easy to form and weld, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing solutions with high chromium and molybdenum content.
