Le superalliage a une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxydation, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion thermique, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue, une bonne stabilit\u00e9 organisationnelle et une fiabilit\u00e9 de service \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, c'est pourquoi il est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom d'alliage de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, d'alliage de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur ou de 1940. Il peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des contraintes complexes et fonctionner de mani\u00e8re fiable pendant longtemps dans des conditions d'oxydation et de corrosion gazeuse \u00e0 600-1100\u2103. Les superalliages sont principalement utilis\u00e9s dans les parties chaudes des moteurs a\u00e9ronautiques et sont \u00e9galement largement utilis\u00e9s dans l'a\u00e9rospatiale, l'\u00e9nergie, les transports et les industries chimiques.<\/p><p>Du point de vue des industries subdivis\u00e9es, les mat\u00e9riaux en superalliage font partie des mat\u00e9riaux structurels m\u00e9talliques haut de gamme dans le domaine des nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux. Ils pr\u00e9sentent d'excellentes performances globales, une r\u00e9sistance et une plasticit\u00e9 excellentes \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'oxydation et \u00e0 la prime) afin de le renforcer, et le premier alliage \u00e0 base de nickel ayant une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Parall\u00e8lement, afin de s'adapter au d\u00e9veloppement des turbocompresseurs pour les moteurs \u00e0 pistons aux \u00c9tats-Unis, l'alliage Vitallium \u00e0 base de cobalt a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour fabriquer des aubes.<\/p><p>L'Am\u00e9rique a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l'Inconel, un alliage \u00e0 base de nickel utilis\u00e9 pour fabriquer les chambres de combustion des moteurs \u00e0 r\u00e9action. Plus tard, afin d'am\u00e9liorer encore la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature de l'alliage, le m\u00e9tallurgiste a ajout\u00e9 du tungst\u00e8ne, du molybd\u00e8ne, du cobalt et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 l'alliage \u00e0 base de nickel, et a augment\u00e9 la teneur en aluminium et en titane, ce qui a permis de d\u00e9velopper une s\u00e9rie de marques d'alliage, telles que \"Nimonic\" au Royaume-Uni, \"Mar-M\" et \"IN\" aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
