Il constitue donc une ressource importante pour les industries de la d\u00e9fense, de l'a\u00e9rospatiale et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium de produire un alliage plus propre et plus uniforme.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"0\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"0-1\"> L'alliage ASTM F15 (Kovar) est tr\u00e8s stable, passant le test standard de transition de phase \u00e0 -80\u2103 et restant stable \u00e0 -196\u2103. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tgt color_text_0 un-step-trans\" data-section=\"1\"><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"1\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"1-0\">Le kovar est un alliage nickel-cobalt-ferro con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre compatible avec les caract\u00e9ristiques de dilatation thermique du verre borosilicat\u00e9 (~5\u00d710-6 \/K entre 30 et 200\u00b0C et ~10\u00d710-6 \/K jusqu'\u00e0 800\u00b0C) afin d'obtenir une connexion m\u00e9canique directe dans une gamme de temp\u00e9ratures.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"1\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"1-1\"> Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la galvanoplastie des conducteurs, dans les enveloppes en verre des composants \u00e9lectroniques tels que les tubes \u00e0 vide (valves), les tubes \u00e0 rayons X et \u00e0 micro-ondes, et certaines ampoules \u00e9lectriques. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tgt color_text_0 un-step-trans\" data-section=\"2\"><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"2\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"2-0\">Le nom Kovar est souvent utilis\u00e9 comme terme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour les alliages FeNi pr\u00e9sentant ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res de dilatation thermique.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"2\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"2-1\"> A noter l'alliage sp\u00e9cial Fe-Ni Invar, qui pr\u00e9sente une dilatation thermique minimale. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tgt color_text_0 un-step-trans\" data-section=\"3\"><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"3\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"3-0\">Les alliages de nickel F15 durcissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement assez rapidement, et les pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es cr\u00e9\u00e9es par le traitement peuvent entra\u00eener un durcissement et un ralentissement de la progression, ainsi qu'une d\u00e9formation de certains mat\u00e9riaux.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"3\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"3-1\"> Assurez-vous d'avoir un r\u00e9glage rigide pour travailler \u00e0 faible vitesse et essayez d'utiliser de l'huile min\u00e9rale sulfur\u00e9e.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"3\" data-sentence=\"2\" data-group=\"3-2\"> Lorsque l'on travaille le Kovar (alliage ASTM F15), il a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre assez collo\u00efdal.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"3\" data-sentence=\"3\" data-group=\"3-3\"> Le couteau a tendance \u00e0 data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"4-0\">Il est important de contr\u00f4ler compl\u00e8tement le chauffage lors de l'utilisation du F15, car une accumulation excessive de chaleur peut entra\u00eener une d\u00e9formation de l'alliage.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"4-1\"> Lorsque vous travaillez sur du m\u00e9tal, vous devez veiller \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les bords plumeux ou en fil de fer de l'outil.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"2\" data-group=\"4-2\"> Comme vous l'avez toujours fait, veillez \u00e0 ce que chaque outil fasse l'objet d'un examen constant.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"3\" data-group=\"4-3\"> Les outils en carbure offrent le taux de coupe le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans rupture et doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour les op\u00e9rations de tournage sans interruption des coupes.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"4\" data-group=\"4-4\"> Si vous avez interrompu la coupe, utilisez un outil en acier rapide.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"5\" data-group=\"4-5\"> Votre exercice doit \u00eatre aussi court que possible.<\/span><span class=\"tgt color_text_0\" data-section=\"4\" data-sentence=\"6\" data-group=\"4-6\"> Lors de l'al\u00e9sage, vous ne devez percer qu'\u00e0 demi-vitesse et votre avance doit \u00eatre environ trois fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la vitesse de votre m\u00e8che pour un al\u00e9sage en toute
