que se depositan materiales de revestimiento met\u00e1licos o no met\u00e1licos finos y dispersos, en estado fundido o semifundido, sobre la superficie de un sustrato preparado para formar alg\u00fan tipo de dep\u00f3sito pulverizado. El material de revestimiento puede ser en polvo, en forma de cinta, de filamento o de varilla. La pistola de pulverizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica proporciona el calor necesario mediante gas combustible, arco o arco de plasma, calentando el material de pulverizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica hasta un estado pl\u00e1stico o fundido, y someti\u00e9ndolo a continuaci\u00f3n a la aceleraci\u00f3n de aire comprimido, de modo que el haz de part\u00edculas constre\u00f1ido impacta en la superficie de la matriz. Las part\u00edculas que golpean la superficie se deforman por estampaci\u00f3n, formando l\u00e1minas que se adhieren a la superficie del sustrato preparado y luego se enfr\u00edan y acumulan, formando finalmente un revestimiento estratificado.
