Gas und Pulver werden in kontrollierten Detonationen kombiniert und mit \u00dcberschallgeschwindigkeit auf das Teil gestrahlt. \u00dcbliche Materialien sind Wolframkarbid oder Chromkarbid, metallische Legierungen, Keramik und Cermets.<\/p>\n<p><b>- <\/b>Hochgeschwindigkeits-Sauerstoffkraftstoff<br>\nDieses Verfahren ist relativ neu und hat den Anwendungsbereich des thermischen Spritzens in Bereiche verlagert, die fr\u00fcher unerreichbar waren. Beim HVOF-Spritzen wird ein gasf\u00f6rmiger Brennstoff wie Wasserstoff oder fl\u00fcssiger Brennstoff wie Kerosin mit Sauerstoff gemischt und in der Brennkammer des Brenners unter hohem Druck verbrannt. Das Pulver wird in die Flamme gespritzt und durch die \u00dcberschallgeschwindigkeit des Gases erhitzt und beschleunigt. Dadurch entstehen sehr dichte Beschichtungen. Das HVOF-Verfahren ist die g\u00e4ngigste Technik f\u00fcr das thermische Spritzen von verschlei\u00df- und korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigen Karbiden sowie Hastelloy-, Tribaloy- und Inconel-Legierungen.<\/p>\n<p><b>- <\/b>Plasmaspritzen<br>\nDas Plasmaspritzen gilt in der Regel als das vielseitigste der thermischen Spritzverfahren. W\u00e4hrend des Plasmaspritzens werden Gase wie Argon und Wasserstoff durch einen Brenner geleitet. Durch einen elektrischen Lichtbogen werden die Gase dissoziiert und ionisiert. Die atomaren Bestandteile rekombinieren an der D\u00fcse vorbei und geben eine immense W\u00e4rmemenge ab. Die Kerntemperaturen des Plasmas betragen in der Regel mehr als 10.000\u2103, was \u00fcber der durchschnittlichen Schmelztemperatur eines jeden Materials liegt. Das Pulver wird in den Plasmastrahl injiziert, wo es geschmolzen und auf das Werkst\u00fcck geschleudert wird.<\/p>\n<p><b>- <\/b>Flammspritzen<br>\nDieses Verfahren ist kosteng\u00fcnstig und kann leicht in der Werkstatt oder vor Ort durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Es wird auch als Autogen\/Acetylen-Verbrennungsspritzen bezeichnet und ist die \u00e4lteste thermische Spritztechnik, die vor 100 Jahren entwickelt wurde. Sauerstoff und Brenngas wie Acetylen, Propan oder Propylen werden in einen Brenner geleitet und in einer Flamme entz\u00fcndet.
