Er erzeugt eine gut absorbierende Beschichtung mit ausgezeichneter Bearbeitbarkeit. Monel 400 hat eine ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, insbesondere in Meerwasser und korrosiven Umgebungen. Monel 400 ist eine austenitische Nickel-Kupfer-Legierung (CuNi-Legierung), die in Lichtbogen- und Flammspritzsystemen verwendet wird. Die Legierung bildet eine dichte, gut haftende Beschichtung, die gegen Hochtemperaturoxidation und Korrosion best\u00e4ndig ist.<br \/>Typische Anwendungen von Monel 400 sind Schutzschichten gegen korrosive Gase, Schutzschichten gegen Verzunderung in konventionellen niedrig legierten St\u00e4hlen und Stapelbeschichtungen f\u00fcr Dimensionsreparaturen.<\/p><pre><strong><span style=\"color:
